HOW TO HANDLE PUBLIC SPEAKING
How do you feel when the Lecturer ask a question in publicly and you have an answer? It very unfortunate to hear that it’s too painful. You have an answer which is so interesting and important in the sense when you answer someone can learn and grab something. But you’re falling to answer in the sense that you’re scared of public speaking.
There are two main initial steps to your public speaking anxiety and the first is to change your mindset the second is to change your behavior or the concrete actions that you take. You can start at either entry point in this feedback loop because your mindset and your behavior reinforce each other.
Now let’s look at how you can deal with Fear of Public speaking. So let jump into six initial steps of mindset or how you think, if you can change the way you think about public speaking you’ll change the way you feel.
